These terms apply to all bookings and services of F CLEANING (fcleaning.be). By using our website, booking a cleaning or contacting us through Instagram or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.
1. Services provided
F CLEANING offers professional cleaning services tailored to residential, commercial and specialised needs, based on the details you provide. We may change or discontinue services, but we always honour existing bookings.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once a 50% deposit has been paid. The remaining 50% is paid on the day of the cleaning, after the service has been completed. When booking, please provide the full details of the property, the requested services and your preferred date.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance (including the day before), the deposit is forfeited, because staff and time have been reserved for you.
4. Your responsibilities
Please provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time and store fragile or valuable items beforehand. F CLEANING is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions of furniture, surfaces or equipment.
5. Liability
F CLEANING is not liable for indirect or incidental damage beyond the scope of the cleaning. If our team accidentally causes damage, please report it immediately so we can assess and resolve it.
6. Use of our website and social media
Our website and social channels must be used respectfully and lawfully. We may refuse service in the event of abusive, fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
